During your stay with us we offer you Ayurveda treatments such as Abyanga (full body massage) and all types of massages. You also have the opportunity to experience an Ayurveda consultation with a qualified Ayurveda doctor.
Every disease has one or more causes. It is therefore very important to find it out first, so that the disease can be resolved. In Ayurveda, the imbalance of the three vital energies (Tri Dosha) will be the reason of diseases. It happens through unhealthy diet, poor digestion, insufficient sleep, stress, environmental pollution and an accumulation of toxins and waste products (Ama) in the body.
Classic Pancha Karma Cure
We currently only offer Ayurveda treatments for groups. This takes place twice a year, in April and December. "Lahiru" founder of the resort offers you the opportunity to do an Ayurveda treatment with his attention. He is a qualified Ayurveda Pancha Karma therapist and has more than 15 years of Ayurveda experience and speaks perfect German and English.
